Can you run training programmes outside Lagos?
Yes, we can run training programmes at locations outside Lagos. We have run training programmes for some of our clients in Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, Enugu, Jos, Ibadan, Porthacourt in the past.
Do you have branch office in these locations?
Not yet, but we have our representatives in some locations outside Lagos

Yes, we run training programmes for those who want to take their business or career to the next level.
Do you offer discount on your training fees?
Yes, we offer discount of up to 10% for 3 or more delegates from the same organization.
Who are your facilitators?

Do you run virtual training?
Yes. Because of COVID19 pandemic, we now offer all our open programmes as virtual. We also run virtual in-plant training where you have multiple delegates with similar training needs.
Do you offer hybrid training?
Yes, we offer hybrid training for clients with delegates in upcountry locations to be able to participate in the in-plant training being organised

What training interventions do you provide delegates attending your training programmes?
We provide training facilitation using presentations, training manuals, case studies, videos, practical exercises and examples etc.
How do you ensure the training needs of delegates are met?
We offer pre-course evaluations to enable us to understand and address the training needs of the delegates. We also assess the impact of the training via our post-training impact assessment conducted at the end of the training.
What is your maximum class size?
The class size is kept low at 25 to ensure full participation of delegates
Do you conduct test for delegates after the training?
Yes, based on the request from the organization especially for in-plant training
